1. The copyright in the photographs is retained by Victor Castellanos, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. We provide services only if I receive proper and timely instructions, also authority and information. To ensure quality, I need to know the purpose of the images requested.

3. Delivery of products will be via email or share area in a server.

4. The description price of goods and services will be provided in the invoice.

5. We may require cash payment in advance.

6. We will not share any personal or sensitive information with other companies or individuals.
